A half-pound of beef oxtails
1/4 cup of flour for all purposes
Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
One teaspoon freshly ground or cracked black pepper and two teaspoons kosher salt
one-third cup of vegetable oil
Three cups water OR beef broth
One big chopped yellow onion
3 finely chopped fresh garlic cloves * more salt and pepper to taste
